Tax Foundation Archive Publications

The Tax Foundation, founded in 1937, is a leading independent tax policy research organization, providing information and analysis of taxation policy at all levels of government.  It has been and remains generally pro-business and anti-tax.  Originally organized by large businesses, it now receives financial support from conservative groups such as the Koch Family Foundations.  None the less, its annual “Facts & Figures” publication that provides a wide range of information about taxation is a standard policy tool.
