From HeinOnline, this library provides books, periodicals, bibliographies and Congressional Hearings that relate to religion and the law.  This collection also includes an assortment of canon law, early constitutions of the church, jewish law, and publications from the Christian Legal Society.  Thematic modules cover Church and State, and Religion and Freedom.

This collection of books, published by Brill between 1958 and 2012, has been digitized for the first time and made available via HeinOnline. This series of more than 60 titles showcases the development, enactment, and impact of the rule of law in Eastern Europe.
