WhoPlus is a biographical database consisting of data on 260,000 historical and contemporary Japanese figures, as well as 70,000 non-Japanese, as of February 2012. Penn digitizes collection of Japanese juvenile fiction

Penn has completed digitization of the Japanese Juvenile Fiction Collection at Penn Libraries, dating from the late Meiji (1868-1912) and Taisho (1912-1926) periods.
