Restricted Access to Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center and Fisher Fine Arts Library During Reading Period and Final Exams

The restricted access policy for Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center and Fisher Fine Arts Library will be in effect during reading period and final exams, April 27th to May 9th.
Access to these library spaces during this period will be restricted to individuals who hold one of the following credentials:
– A PennCard
– A photo ID from the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS), HUP,
CHOP, Pennsylvania, or Presbyterian hospitals, or UPHS affiliate.
– A Penn Alumni Card
– A Library Courtesy Card
Access will also be restricted at Biddle Law Library during this time. Access is limited to Penn Law students, University of Pennsylvania faculty, alumni, and members of the bar. During the restricted access period, other Penn students may contact libraryaccess@law.upenn.edu to request access to use the law library collection for research.
Exceptions will be made for visitors (non-Penn affiliates) who make prior arrangements with a staff member. Included in this category are patrons who will be using materials in Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center’s  Kislak Center. A visitor pass, which will be held at the guard desk, should be completed in advance.
